Germaine grew up in the Colorado high country and graduated from the University of Colorado in Boulder. Over the past 20 years she has lived in many of Denver’s close in neighborhoods (including City Park, Washington Park, The Highlands and Historic Baker). Her extensive knowledge of Denver and the surrounding areas gives her an edge on market trends and changes. Her wide-ranging background allows her to understand the varying needs of both buyers and sellers.

Germaine’s expertise ranges from residential sales to investing, land sales, renovations, property management and construction. She joined Central Park Realty in the summer of 2007 after years of working in real estate at other companies in Colorado, Oregon and Washington.

When she’s not working with clients, Germaine spends a lot of her time in the mountains skiing, hiking or biking. During the winter she volunteers for the National Sports Center for the Disabled (NSCD) teaching kids and adults with a wide range of disabilities how to ski.
